1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account with godbat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the godbat platform or had an account suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of godbat or any affiliated entity.
• You will provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

godbat reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each member is permitted to hold only one account on the godbat platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, godbat reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

2. Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your godbat username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. godbat will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login interface at godbat.app.

You agree to notify godbat immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Until godbat receives such notification and has had a reasonable opportunity to act, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

godbat reserves the right to suspend your account, require a password reset, or take any other protective action it considers necessary if it suspects that your account security has been compromised. godbat shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep them secure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All transactions on the godbat platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). godbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, godbat reserves the right to return the funds to their source and to suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by godbat and are displayed within the member dashboard at the time of transaction. These thresholds are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution. godbat does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

godbat reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or evidence of the source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

godbat may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits, and tournament prizes to eligible members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonuses are personal to the member and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• godbat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being accepted by a member.
• Where godbat has reasonable grounds to believe that a member is abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, reverse arbitrage betting strategies, or coordinated play with other members — godbat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on godbat are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount in BDT, and market — are correct before confirming. godbat will not be liable for any bet placed in error.

godbat reserves the right to void any bet, suspend any market, or refuse any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The bet was placed at odds or prices that were published in error due to a technical fault.
• The event or market to which the bet relates is subsequently found to have been the subject of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity.
• Sufficient evidence exists that the member had access to inside information not publicly available at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or the result of a casino game, the records maintained by godbat's system shall be the definitive record of the bet and its result, subject to any independent audit that godbat may choose to commission.

godbat's live sports betting markets cover cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as offered from time to time. Specific rules for each market type are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the member help centre.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the godbat platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or game engines.
• Engaging in collusion with other members or with employees of godbat for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh or any applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other members or to interfere with the security infrastructure of the platform.
• Making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider in bad faith following a legitimate transaction on godbat.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

godbat is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and should never cause financial or personal harm. The following tools are available to all godbat members at no cost through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on the amount you may deposit into your godbat account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your ability to deposit or place bets for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and opt out of all marketing communications from godbat.

Our team can assist you in activating any of the above tools immediately. godbat takes all responsible gaming requests seriously and will action them without delay.

godbat strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access godbat, please notify us immediately. We take underage gambling prevention seriously and will cooperate fully with any parental, guardian, or authority request in this regard.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the godbat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of godbat or its content and technology licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from godbat without the express prior written consent of godbat.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, godbat, its directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical faults, service interruptions, or downtime affecting your ability to place bets or access your account.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Any decision made in reliance on information published on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

In all cases, godbat's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to godbat's customer support team at [email protected] for good-faith resolution.

godbat aims to resolve all member disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent godbat from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where it considers such relief necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

godbat collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

godbat will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to provide the godbat service and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

You may close your godbat account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

godbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account has been dormant for a continuous period of 12 months and the balance is zero.
• godbat is required to do so by law, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• godbat has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.

Where an account is closed by godbat for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that cannot be attributed to any prohibited activity will be returned to the member following the conclusion of any investigation.

13. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

godbat's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and godbat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
